- In PJ: Hilton Petaling Jaya, Sunway Resort, Sheraton Petaling Jaya, or the serviced residence name, not “Sunway” or “near the mall.”
“Near KLCC” can mean four towers and a ten-minute walk with bags. “Near 1 Utama” can mean a hotel, a condo, or a car park. The driver needs the name on the facade. If the stay is a residence inside a mall complex, say so: residence name, tower, and that it is not the hotel next door.
Room-first path
Room-first means the meet happens at your door, not in a public part of the property.
- No lobby handover. Do not wait by the desk, the concierge stand, or the seating area.
- No mall meet. Pavilion, Sunway Pyramid, and 1 Utama are not collection points.
- No valet name board. Do not leave your name with the porch or ask the door staff to “watch for a guest.”
